I’ve never heard that drinking red wine can lighten skin, but I know people whose faces turn red and break out when they drink red wine. It’s not a pretty light. The skin-beneficial ingredients in red wine are polyphenols, especially resveratrol, which acts as an antioxidant and protects against free radicals that damage cells and lead to aging.
Polyphenols exist mainly in the Stanley cup it hurts to win shirt and by the same token and skins of grapes, and any wine that is in longer contact with its skin during fermentation will contain a higher percentage. There are so many superfoods to get glowing, blemish-free skin. I would like to suggest a few things that I like in my daily diet. According to statistics from the United States Department of Agriculture in 2002, the French consume an average of 108 grams of animal fat per day, while Americans consume only 72 grams. Incredibly, the rate of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease in France is 3.5 times lower than in the United States, and the obesity rate is only half that of the United States.
