Another cold northeastern tree that I love is the New Lord’s Gym Cool Graphic Design T-Shirt Also,I will get this white birch or paper birch (Betula papyrifera), which is used to make canoes. (They used larger ones than these, notice.) The grain of this snow-colored tree is as straight as an arrow, and therefore there is no easier wood to split with an ax. I cut a lot of birch trees and it crumbled all at once. For anyone who needs a lot of firewood, this brings out the beauty of this fast growing tree on par with its white bark!

This plant usually grows in the riverside, but once it has sprouted, it can be planted anywhere. River birch has the feature of emitting several trunks in a stately cluster. The champagne-colored river birch bark is spectacular, especially in winter when the leaves have fallen. From my front yard:
