You didn’t ask “how” to make a fabric, only if it was possible, so I won’t waste your time with those details. Once your created textile (or hide) material is large enough to fit your intended end use, you can incorporate knitted or woven material (or leather) into a finished product using a needle and thread only if you choose or use a sewing machine.
The mechanical devices for sewing, weaving and knitting are modern by most standards of human existence. For millennia, our ancestors dressed beautifully without electric looms and electric sewing machines. “Craft” is still a valid way to build, and while production per inch is significantly slower and phenomenally more expensive by an hour’s standard (assuming you can make something that costs higher economic value of your time – opportunity cost), your question doesn’t ask about these factors.
