Not sure what you mean by tights like leggings? If so, I don’t wear them with shorts because I think it takes away from the Charlie Hustle Homestead Grays Navy Forbes Field Museum T-Shirt but in fact I love this purpose of wearing them for comfort, range of motion, etc. If you mean tights like tights, then yes. I wear shorts with skirts, dresses, shorts… and if I wear shorts shorter, I wear tights.

As far as most of us are concerned, this is a clothing item for both men and women and is commonly worn… but it’s nice to know that these are tights and Gurls for women, boys and obviously obviously women can wear them loud and clear!
